Do you find that it is incredibly hard to fit this simple task in your day? I know I do. And if I do find the time it is always hit or miss. Or I'm running behind and never really get to it on a regular basis.

The Daily OM is a great tool. You can sign up to receive it in email form. I've also added the link here so you can check it daily to see if it interests you. It's not as good as meditation but if you slow down long enough to really read and process the information, I find it gives me a little more focus each morning.

I've also found that journaling daily is a lot easier and can serve the same purpose. In addition to my journal I have an "Ask" Notebook. If you follow "The Secret" link below you'll understand the theory of the laws of attraction and the first step is to ask for the things you want. It is a place to begin attracting your dreams.
